Cross-Cultural Agility Coaching
Our Coaching services are designed to create awareness on inclusive practices, building an advocacy platform. Coaching Leaders (either individually or collectively) on understanding and tackling Unconscious Bias and translating strategic goals into practical actions.
Our coaching clients learn to create action-oriented steps to foster "clean" communication and trust with other team members. They also gain an enhanced knowledge of communication techniques, such as terminology and body language cues that both help and hinder others feeling respected.
