- Day 2 - Aligning with Time Reflect on how time impacts your life force and energy levels. Practice slowing down and observing the flow of time.
- Day 3 - Identifying Energy Drains Examine areas in your life where energy feels stagnant or lost, and start noting patterns.
- Day 4 - Reclaming Your Focus Set intentions to release distractions, and bring your focus back to your purpose.
- Day 5 - Recognizing Your Inner Power Meditate on what "lost power" means to you and identify aspects of yourself you may have neglected or forgotten. Reflect on a time when you felt powerful or alive. Envision drawing that energy from the past and feeling it in your body today.
- Day 6 - The Search Begins Visualize finding lost energy by revisiting times in your life where your light felt brighter.

- Day 10 - Reclaiming Across Lifetimes Through meditation, call back your energy from past experiences and old timelines. Envision a golden thread connecting you to past experiences and lifetimes. Imagine drawing energy from each thread back into your heart.
- Day 11 - Expanding Your Reach Imagine accessing dimensions within yourself where power has been dormant and invite those aspects back into the present. Set an intention to tune into higher levels of your consciousness today. Notice moments of intuitive clarity, insight, or feeling "in flow."
- Day 12 - Identifying Old Contracts Explore any old beliefs or contracts (conscious or unconscious) that may still be draining your energy. Write down beliefs or commitments that feel restrictive. Choose one and reflect on how releasing it might free your energy.

- Day 16 - Creating Inner Harmony Explore practices that restore peace, balance, and harmony within. Place your hands over your heart and breathe deeply. Imagine harmonizing and balancing all energies within you.
- Day 17 - Strengthening the Blueprint Visualize your divine blueprint shining within and radiating out to all areas of your life. Write about who you are when aligned with your divine blueprint. List qualities, visions, and values that reflect this alignment.

- Day 20 - Completion Ritual Honor the journey by creating a ritual of completion, sealing in the growth and releasing what not longer serves you. Create a personal ritual to mark the end of this journey. Light a candle, say a prayer, or do any meaningful act that celebrates your growth.
